Refund Policy

Return Policy Last updated: 01/01/23 Thank you for your order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are unable to fulfill your order or you receive an incorrect/faulty product. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photographic evidence of the issue. Items must be returned within 14 days of our written consent. The customer is responsible for return/shipping costs. Item must be returned in their original condition or the customer is responsible for any loss of value.
